Our muffins also debuted in a small retail outlet at English Bay in Vancouver. There were customers lining up for the muffins as well as our cookies! We have adjusted the formula so that the batter can be frozen and thawed and still provide a perfect baked muffin. Like our cookies - each batch is test-baked to ensure optimum quality.
