BAKING DIRECTIONS - COOKIES

For the ultimate “soft and chewy” cookie

STEP 1:

Preheat convection oven to 300º F - 140ºC
Preheat standard oven to 325º F - 145º C
 

STEP 2:

Remove frozen batter from freezer.

STEP 3:

Place frozen, pre-portioned cookie dough on ungreased or
parchment lined baking sheet, about three inches apart.

STEP 4:

Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

STEP 5:

Remove baking sheet from oven.

STEP 6:

Place the baking sheet of cookies on the counter* for 20 minutes
(cookies will appear under baked when removed from the oven,
but they will finish baking on the sheet outside the oven).

STEP 7:

Remove cookies from the baking sheet using a spatula.

STEP 8:

Place baked cookies in the cookie dispenser.
* A cooling rack may be used, if available.

STORAGE

  •  English Bay cookie dough can be stored in the cooler for 90 days or in the freezer for 1 year
  •  English Bay cookie dough can be thawed and refrozen.
  •  English Bay baked cookies will keep fresh for 3 days.
